About US

SIMI TEDS exist at the intersection between royal heritage and radical modernity. Each piece is a living artefact hand-crafted with the vocabulary of African tradition, reinterpreted through a bold, contemporary lens.
SIMI TEDS does not just dress people, We Crown them.

Our Story
The idea that is now SIMITEDS began taking shape in the mid-2000s. My siblings and I shared a deep love for fashion, but for me, it was also about freedom. That hunger was born during my time at one of Nigeria’s most prestigious private universities, when I couldn’t always afford the luxury brands I admired.
So instead of waiting for access, we created our own lane.
While many were still chasing basic, overpriced big-name looks, we began designing pieces that reflected the richness of different cultures, pieces that felt unique, comfortable and intentional. What started as a passion quickly evolved into something more purposeful: clothing that moves effortlessly between corporate, casual, and traditional wear, without losing its identity.
Today, SIMITEDS stands for individuality without compromise.
Every piece we create is an invitation to wear your story, own your presence, and step confidently into who you are becoming.
SIMITEDS was built on a simple belief: the status quo is meant to be questioned.
When the world says, wear it this way, we say -wear it your way. Because while what you wear matters, what matters even more is how you wear it.
Our mission has always been clear: to inspire men and women through our designs to move boldly, explore their creativity, and show up in the world with confidence and joy.
