1. Sizing

  • Customers are responsible for knowing their size before placing an order.
  • If unsure, please refer to the size chart.
  • We are not liable for size-related issues if the size chart is not consulted.

2. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges will only be honoured under the following circumstances:

  • The delivered item is defective or not in perfect condition.
  • The size label on the item differs from the size ordered.
  • There was a dispatch error and the wrong item was received.

3. Exchange Requirements

  • Notification of any issues must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Items must be returned within 48 hours (Domestic) or within specified timeframes (see Shipping & Returns section).
  • All returned items must be:
    • In original packaging
    • Untampered
    • Free from signs of use

4. Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are only allowed if the above terms are met.
  • If we approve an exchange outside the above terms:
    • The item must be in perfect condition.
    • It must be received and inspected before dispatching a new item.
    • Exchange must be for an item of equal value; if it is of lesser value, no refund will be issued.
    • The customer is responsible for delivery fees.

5. Refunds

Refunds are only allowed if:

  • The item is out of stock.
  • A request is made within one hour of purchase (in special cases).
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
  • No refunds on SALE items, discounted items, or in-store purchases.

6. Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)

  • Orders are fulfilled by DHL (trackable).
  • Lagos: 2-3 business days
  • Other Nigerian states: 3-5 business days

International Shipping

  • Orders are fulfilled by DHL (trackable).
  • Delivery timeframe: 5-7 business days post-confirmation.

7. Return Timelines

Returns must physically reach us within the following timeframes:

  • Lagos: Within 3 business days of delivery
  • Outside Lagos (Nigeria): Within 5 business days
  • International: Within 10 business days

Returns made after these periods will not qualify for exchange or refund.

8. Product Conditions for Returns

To qualify for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and undamaged
  • Free from stains or alterations
  • In original, untampered packaging

NOTE: Items received in damaged condition due to customer handling are not eligible for refund or exchange.

9. Store Purchase Terms

  • Items purchased, picked up, or fitted in-store are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Customers are advised to check all items thoroughly before leaving the store.
  • Transfers must be confirmed before leaving the showroom.

10. Delivery & Courier Costs

  • Customers bear all return/exchange delivery costs unless the item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or mismatched (then we cover it).
  • Free delivery offers are location-specific and do not apply nationwide.

11. Complimentary Services

Minor adjustments or fittings (where applicable) are offered free of charge, subject to availability.

12. Stockpiling Policy

  • We do not allow indefinite package holding.
  • We can hold an order for up to 1 month. After this period:
    • The brand is not liable for lost items.
    • No refunds or replacements will be issued.

13. Promotional Items

  • Promotional or sale items are limited in sizes and colours.
  • They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable regardless of the situation.

14. Complaints & Evaluations

  • All complaints will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Kindly contact customer service within 24 hours of delivery to lodge any complaints.

15. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed. Please ensure details are correct before checkout.

16. Quality Control

Every item is inspected before dispatch. However, if any issue arises, please notify us immediately.
